Using Syncful
These Terms govern your use of Syncful (the "Service"), a real-time data synchronization platform. By creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms for yourself and, where applicable, your company. You confirm you're authorized to connect any system you link to Syncful.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your workspace. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us right away at security@syncful.net.
Synced data
You own the records that pass through Syncful ("Synced Data"). We process Synced Data only to run the sync connections you configure, and never use it to train shared models. You can export a snapshot or disconnect any sync at any time from workspace settings.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and metered by the number of records synced in a billing period. Trials require no card and only convert to a paid plan if you choose one. You can downgrade or cancel from workspace settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't connect a system you're not authorized to access, use Syncful to violate applicable law, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Availability
We work to keep sync connections reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned incidents can occasionally pause a sync.
Termination
You can stop using Syncful at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Syncful isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from a sync connection you configured.
Indemnification
You agree to cover reasonable costs Syncful incurs from a third-party claim arising from a system you connected without authorization, or from a violation of these Terms on your part. We'll notify you promptly if a claim like this arises.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from these Terms are handled in the courts with jurisdiction over Syncful's place of business.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, the updated Terms will be posted on this page.
