Syncful started as an internal tool for keeping a support desk and a CRM from drifting apart. It turned out almost every small team has the same two or three systems quietly falling out of sync.
Before Syncful, we ran support for a small e-commerce tool. Every order update in the storefront had to be manually re-entered into the CRM so sales could see it, and every CRM note about a customer never made it back to support. We tried a nightly export. It helped for about a day, then someone would ask "why doesn't this match what I'm looking at right now," and the answer was always the same: because it's from last night.
We built a small script that watched for changes and pushed them across immediately instead. It worked well enough that two other teams asked to borrow it. Syncful is that script, rebuilt properly, with the field mapping and conflict handling that made it safe to hand to someone else's production data.
Same two systems, same underlying data. The difference is what sits between them.
A sync that's occasionally wrong is worse than no sync at all. We'd rather flag an uncertain conflict for review than guess.
No enterprise sales process, no six-week implementation. Connect two systems and see it work the same day.
We don't train models on Synced Data, we don't sell it, and we tell you exactly what we can see.
Small on purpose. Fewer people means fewer handoffs between whoever's building the product and whoever's answering your support email, usually the same person.
Not really. If you want help picking a plan or scoping a connection, reach out and someone on the team will talk it through directly.
We're a distributed team working across a few time zones, which is part of why support replies land throughout the day rather than only during one office's hours.
Mostly from what customers ask for. If enough people need a system we don't support yet, it moves up the list.
We're self-funded through customer revenue, which is part of why pricing is metered honestly rather than padded to satisfy a growth target.
That's the plan. Being self-funded and profitable from early on means we're not dependent on a future funding round to keep the lights on.
Yes, email hello@syncful.net. A lot of what's in the product started as a customer email.
